ReelStory.co is the brainchild of award-winning film maker and White House photojournalist Jason Reed, alongside a hand-picked team of skilled collaborators. His unique experience in covering news stories around the world for 25 years and distilling that work into compelling front-page content, delivered at breakneck speed, set him apart in the publishing landscape. Today, our corporate and government clients enjoy the understanding and care that we bring in telling their story with authenticity – a true one-stop-shop for their digital motion needs.
How did ReelStory.co begin? Jason fell in love with motion capture as the digital imaging revolution took off. His first dabble in film making, with colleague Larry Downing, won the prestigious Edward R. Murrow documentary prize in the USA, beating entries from TV networks ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and the BBC. Since then, he hasn’t looked back. ReelStory.co opened for business in 2020.
Jason is an active member of the Australian Cinematographers Society, and is a CASA-licensed drone pilot. He chooses to film exclusively on RED digital cinema cameras that deliver the best resolution, frame rates and quality on the planet.
